- Text Diagnostic. Conversational AI consultant with three modes: A (Quick Health Check), B (Deep Dive), C (Progress Review). Streams responses; supports mic input.
- Quick Health Check. Adaptive 6–16-question survey. Outputs constraint score, confidence, estimated margin-loss range, and a Final Summary.
- Voice input. Built on the Web Speech API. Tap the mic to dictate; works best in Chrome on desktop or Android.
- Final Summary. Each session generates an executive-grade write-up with a 30/60/90-day plan and recommended KPIs. Print or email from the summary page.
- History. Every session is saved automatically and accessible from the History tab.
Privacy & confidentiality
- Local-first. Sessions, answers, and summaries are stored in your browser's local storage by default. They never leave your device unless you choose to sync.
- Voice. Audio is processed by your browser's built-in speech recognition. We receive only the transcribed text — never the raw audio.
- AI processing. Conversations and summaries are sent to the AI gateway for generation. They are not used to train models. Avoid sharing PII, customer names, or proprietary financials you do not want processed.
- Optional cloud sync. Sign in to mirror your sessions to your account so they're available across devices. You can sign out and remove data at any time.
- Deletion. Clear individual sessions from History, or clear your browser's site data to wipe everything.
